Is there Wi-Fi connection?

There is Wi-Fi connection in rooms, apartments, and common areas.

In the hotel the connection is via fibre optic broadband. It works well (for videoconferencing or file sharing) in the apartments.

Is there heating and AC?

All types of accommodation have central heating.

In this area of ​​Asturias the temperatures are mild all year round, for this reason we do not need air conditioning.

What about the cleaning service?

Rooms:

  • Daily cleaning service.
  • We have a sign on the door for those guests who do not want to use the cleaning service.

Rural Apartments:

  • You can request a change of towels or bed linen if necessary.
  • For long-term stays, we will contact you halfway through your stay to clean and change the bed linen.
Does the fireplace have firewood?

The Junior Suites and the Rural Apartments have fireplaces. The fireplaces are functional and have all the utensils to use them. However, their use is not essential as there is central heating in all the building.

You will find a courtesy basket with firewood on the day of arrival.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome as long as they are well behaved and know how to live with other people. Admission is subject to the availability of the accommodation upon prior request and with a supplement per pet per day.

In certain rooms and apartments are on the ground floor or with access to the garden. These rooms are available in one of the following categories:

  • Special Double
  • Junior Suite
  • Apartments

Pets must not be let loose on the grounds or in the facilities, as it is an agricultural and livestock farm. The pet must be accompanied by its owners and must not be left alone in the room or apartment. Consult us if you are unable to take your pet with you.

What is the climate like?

The sea is 4 km away in a straight line and we are at an altitude of 200 metres. We enjoy a mild climate throughout the year, without major variations.

Although in the winter we can see the Picos de Europa covered with snow, it rarely snows here.

Charges, rates, and cancellation policy

Low Season

All year round except mid and high season dates.

- Charging policy in low season: On working days, the credit card is associated with the reservation as a guarantee, and no charges will be made. On weekends, the amount of one night will be charged in advance. We consider Friday and Saturday as weekends.

- Cancellations in low season:

  • If you cancel up to seven days before the arrival date, the cancellation will be free of charge.
  • If you cancel less than seven days before the arrival date, the hotel will charge 50% of the reservation.
  • If you do not show up or wish to leave before the agreed date, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation.

Mid and High Season

  • Mid-Season: Valentine's Day, a week before Easter, summer (end of June to end of July and beginning of September) and Christmas.
  • High Season: Easter, Summer (end of July to end of August), Bank Holidays and New Year's Eve.

- Charging policy in mid and high season: In these seasons 30% of the total value of the booking will be charged at the time of booking. For bookings of 1 or 2 nights, 1 night will be charged in advance in both cases.

- Cancellations in mid and high season:

  • This money is forfeited if cancelled less than 20 days before the scheduled arrival.
  • If cancelled less than seven days before the arrival date, the hotel will charge 50% of the reservation fee.
  • If you do not show up or wish to leave before the agreed date, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation.

Taxes and additional charges: VAT is included.

Group Booking: A group booking is considered when 3 or more accommodations are requested. Acceptance of these bookings is subject to the hotel's discretion. Please consult with us in advance for this type of reservation.

Please, if you do not receive a response through any of these means, contact us again. Once we receive your request, we will always confirm the cancellation via email.
Additionally, we will inform you of the applicable conditions for your cancellation, taking into account the season and the notice period given.

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in: Between 15:30 and 23:30.

There is the possibility of arriving later than 23:30, in which case you should indicate the day of arrival to prepare an auto check-in.

Check-out: Before 12:00.

Check-in to the rooms will be possible from 15:30 onwards. From 12.30 you can arrive and enjoy the facilities.

Due to cleaning and security protocols related to COVID-19, the check-in time may be delayed for reasons of hygiene, cleanliness and, above all, safety of guests and staff.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, apartments, and common areas.

We have large terraces, porches, and green areas where you can smoke.

Parking

We have our own free covered parking for guests, no prior reservation is necessary.
